Stunning little restaurant. Their food is spectacular and the quality and prices can't be beaten.

Mr Lin's Sushi & Thai in Observatory is an absolute gem. The sushi was incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Every bite was packed with flavor. We also tried the dumplings/dimsum as a starter — perfectly steamed and full of delicious fillings. The hot pot was another standout — rich broth, generous portions, and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and efficient, and the overall vibe of the restaurant is warm and relaxed. If you're in Obz and love good Asian cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit.

High quality and affordable food. Sushi and Ramen is really good . Do try the dim sum platter as well. The restaurant itself is not fancy at all. One could call it rustic, but it fits right in with Obs vibe :). So perhaps not the best place for a first date and wanting to impress. Definitely a second date candidate. Mr Lin has been added to our go to places for sushi and ramen in Cape Town.
